Our Classes

Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes with Gloria Hanson and Peggy Foster

For all of our classes, be sure to wear comfortable clothing for easy movement and bring a yoga mat for warm wrap for relaxation. Always listen to your body and rest at any time you need to during class.

Infinite Tai Chi with Peggy Foster - 2026

When: Thursday morning 10.30 - 11.30am

Where: Gorton Monastery, Gorton Lane, Manchester M12 5WF

Cost: £5 per class.

Infinite Tai Chi with Gloria Hanson - 2026

When: Wednesday morning 10.30 - 11.30am

Where: St Wilfrid’s Church, Ford Lane, Northenden (free parking)

Cost: £5 per class.

Classes are taught in block sessions.

A minimum of five people is required to run a session.

Payment is made at the beginning of each class.
